What this service is

A browser-based tool that converts text-based PDF bank statements into CSV/Excel files. All processing happens on your device; your files are never transmitted to us.

Accuracy

Every conversion is checked against the statement's own running balance, and the tool refuses to export data that doesn't reconcile. You remain responsible for reviewing output before using it for accounting, tax, or any other purpose.

What we don't support

Scanned or photographed statements, statements without a running balance column, and non-text PDFs. The tool tells you clearly when a file can't be handled.

Payments and refunds

Paid plans, when offered, are processed by our payment provider as merchant of record. If a paid conversion fails or produces output that doesn't reconcile, contact us within 14 days for a full refund of the affected purchase.

Fair use

Don't use the service on documents you have no right to process, and don't attempt to disrupt the service. We may update the tool and these terms; material changes will be dated on this page.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
