Bank statement PDF to clean CSV, without uploading it anywhere

Drop a text-based statement and get a CSV that provably adds up — every row is checked against the running balance, and the total must match the closing balance, or it doesn't export.

How it works

Three steps, all on your machine

1Drop your PDF

The file opens locally in your browser. Open the network tab and watch: zero requests after page load.

2Every row is checked

Each transaction must continue the running balance. If the math breaks anywhere, we refuse to export and show you the exact row instead of guessing.

3Download clean CSV

Date, description, signed amount, balance — ready for Excel, QuickBooks or Xero import.

Why us

Your bank statement is not upload material

Most online converters work by taking your most sensitive financial document onto their servers. We built the opposite.

Typical online converters

  • Your statement is uploaded to their server
  • Retention policies you have to trust blindly
  • Errors exported silently into your books
  • Signup walls and page-limit meters

ASolution

  • File never leaves your device — physically verifiable
  • Nothing to retain: we never see your data
  • Won't export unless every row reconciles
  • No account. Drop, convert, download
FAQ

Questions

Is my statement uploaded anywhere?

No. Conversion runs entirely on your device using code delivered with this page. Verify it yourself: open your browser's developer tools → Network tab — after the page loads, no requests are made. That's also why we can't see, log, or store your files even if we wanted to.

Which statements work?

Text-based PDF statements (ones where you can select the text) with a running balance column. US and European number formats, several date formats, and multi-page statements are supported.

What about scanned or photographed statements?

Not supported — that would require sending your file to a server for OCR, which is exactly what we refuse to do. The tool tells you clearly instead of producing bad data.

What does it cost?

Free while in launch. Paid plans for heavy users will come later — the privacy model won't change.

Who is behind this?

ASolution — a small independent team with a payments-operations background, where a single wrong digit costs real money. That's the standard the reconciliation check is built to.
